Private sessions
Sometimes what you carry needs a room of its own.
In private sessions we follow what your body brings: a gesture, a tightness, an image that rises in the middle of a sentence.
I don’t hand you a script, and I won’t tell you how to live. I listen, I follow, and I help you hear what you already know.

What our sessions are like
Unhurried
Sessions are online and usually last two hours, because what matters rarely shows up in the first twenty minutes. There is no agenda but yours. We go at the pace your body allows.
Body-led
We follow what your body brings: a gesture, a tightness, a word you keep returning to. I work with conversational hypnosis in the Ericksonian tradition, so the work happens inside an ordinary conversation, and your own answers can surface.
Systemic
You are part of a family and a history. When it helps, we look at the place you took in your family system and the loyalties that keep you there. We honor what was given, as it was, and you choose what to add from here.

Questions
Is this about physical pain?
No. The pain in Let Pain Go is emotional and relational: what we carry from our families, our history and the roles we learned. We work with the body because that is where this kind of pain shows up, as tension, a gesture, a held breath. If you live with physical pain or illness, please see a doctor; what we do can sit alongside medical care, never in place of it.
Are you a therapist?
No, and that is intentional. I am a body-led life coach. I don’t diagnose, treat or cure. I hold a space where your body and your own answers lead, and I follow. If at any point your needs belong with a doctor or a licensed therapist, I will tell you so, plainly. The two can sit side by side.
Which methods do you use? Is this life coaching, Systemic and Family Constellations, NLP, RTT, ACH or shadow work?
Yes, all of them, chosen for what you bring rather than applied as a set routine. Systemic and Family Constellations show the place you took in your family and the loyalties that keep you there. Conversational hypnosis in the Ericksonian tradition (ACH, now CACH, the method I trained in with its creator, Scott Jansen) works inside an ordinary conversation, with no formal trance, so your own answers can surface. RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) uses guided hypnosis to go back to where a pattern began, and blends it with tools from NLP and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy, which looks at how thoughts, feelings and actions keep feeding each other). NLP helps us notice the language and inner pictures that keep a pattern running. Shadow work is an invitation inward. What strongly irritates us, or deeply draws us, in another person often points to a part of ourselves we are not in healthy touch with: something we disowned and would rather not face. That includes the golden shadow, the gifts we admire in others and never let ourselves claim. Met with curiosity, these parts can come back as allies. Life coaching holds it all together and keeps it practical: what you want now, the next step, and how you bring what you’ve discovered into your everyday life. Underneath all of it, we follow the body. You don’t need to know any of these names; you only need to come as you are.
What happens in a session?
Less than you might fear, and more than you might expect. We talk, and we listen to the body together: a gesture, a tension, a word that keeps coming back. When it helps, we look at your family system. You never have to share more than you want, and we go only as far as feels right.
Is this a substitute for therapy or medical care?
No. Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy or mental-health care. If you live with a diagnosed condition or are in acute distress, please seek that care. What we do can sit alongside it, never in place of it. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988.
How do I book and pay?
